We do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges on items after they have been ordered as the production process begins immediately after the order is submitted. We work with a number of printing companies to aid in quick delivery of our merchandise while minimizing the inventory we are required to carry.
If you are unsure whether a clothing item will fit properly, please check the sizing chart for further information. It is often a good practice to measure an existing shirt that fits well as a comparison.
Replacements/exchanges are only available if you’ve received the wrong item or a misprinted item (e.g., the design was incorrectly printed or the item was damaged during the printing process). If either of these situations arise, please contact us immediately and provide clear pictures of the issue with the item so we can work with the printing company to have a replacement shipped ASAP.
